The borrowing rate can be fixed (currently 3.89%) and the return is fixed (8%) and insured. In addition the return is paid monthly so servicing the debt is no problem. 		<description>Nice article CD.  I&#039;ve looked into this and it didn&#039;t fit my investing profile, but it does present a great opportunity for those that do take advantage.
