		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more with your list.  I especially agree with the Stocks are risky bit.  Reviewing your holdings is essential!  Although I don&#039;t take Cramer&#039;s stock picks to heart, his saying &quot;Buy and Homework, not Buy and Hold&quot; is true.

The only exception I would say is index investing.  I like the set it and forget it option for this.  Although annual rebalancing is a good idea there too.</description>
