You can't get rich buying GIC ladders and putting your money in high yeild savings accounts. Sometimes you see something that your gut just says at the time 'This is the right thing to do RIGHT NOW'. If you pass up the opportunity and it works out you'll be kicking yourself in the end. Life changes, and so should your plans.
