I've just gotten into the habit of leaving the spoon and and stirring again when I'm half done and then swishing the cup a bit before I drink the last bit. It's pretty darn bitter when you get to the end. I'm pretty confident that I got the proportions correct, maybe I'm just used to instant that leaves almost nothing at the bottom, is this how it always is with home made mix?
